The share capital of Monte-Carlo SBM comprises 1,806,214 shares each with a par value of €10:
- 1,206,214 shares admitted for trading (Euronext Paris)
- 600,000 shares owned by the Monegasque State that are not transferable in accordance with Monegasque law no. 807 of June 23, 1966.
The Monegasque State holds 69.5% of the share capital as of March 31, 2008.
