- 12,128,220 shares admitted for trading (Euronext Paris)
- 6,000,000 shares owned by the Monegasque State that are not transferable in accordance with Monegasque law no. 807 of June 23, 1966.
The Monegasque State holds 69.5% of the share capital as of March 31, 2009.
