Quebec, 400 years old ! That deserves a celebration !
To mark this anniversary, the city of Quebec has chosen Monte-Carlo.
From December 11th to 14th, a series of events have been organised by a communication agency in Quebec in collaboration with Quebec’s Ministry of Tourism.
At the Café de Paris Brasserie, Stéphane Modat, the chef from across the Atlantic, will thus come and share his passion by proposing specialities from his home town.
