Société des Bains de Mer will be celebrating the “Oktoberfest” in true Bavarian style in partnership with the Brasserie Weihenstephan, represented in Monaco and France by T.A Distribution SAM.
A brewery was founded in Fontvieille in 1905 and built up a name for itself as “Bière de Monaco”. It was located close to a chocolate factory, a pasta factory and a biscuit factory. In 1972, M. Roger Barbier and partners sold their firm to the Union des Brasseries à Marseille (UBM), which was subsequently purchased by Heineken.
