The program for budding chefs in fact alternates apprenticeship and sampling. Rendez-vous at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, where you will be welcomed for a relaxed briefing around “fine tea” and homemade biscuits.
Your work session commences a few minutes later under the direction of Marcel Ravin. Then, in the very professional setting of the kitchens at the Monte-Carlo Bay, some of the secrets of this top-notch chef will be revealed.
You will then sit down at table with the other “apprentice-chefs” and the guest of your choice.
