- Arrival at the restaurant Le Deck for a briefing over breakfast
- Distribution of notepads with technical instruction
- Distribution of uniforms : toques, aprons
- Work in the kitchen based on 3 workshops : starter, hot dish and pastry
- Apéritif shared on the terrace (weather permitting)
- Sampling of the dishes prepared in the restaurant Le Deck
- Awarding of a diploma and gourmet souvenir.
