Great news for fans of greens and fairways : the Hôtel Hermitage now offers Monte-Carlo S.B.M. clients an astonishing “Espace Golf”. Unique and quite extraordinary, this new attraction is to be found on the hotel’s Terrasse Midi which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the harbour and Rock of Monaco. On an elegant synthetic lawn, two perfectly safe golf cages will delight players wanting to perfect their swing, while a 5 x 8 metre putting green enables others to improve their putting skills. For children, a new 9-hole mini-golf proposes different kinds of obstacles.
Entertaining, but nevertheless of high quality, these new installations are just as suitable for relaxation as for real technical workouts. Qualified instructors are available for proper golf tuition. A fantastic opportunity to go “hit a few balls” in a knock-out setting when you don’t have the time to travel to a neighbouring golf-club.
This superb leisure amenity for our tourist clientele also provides an appealing “time-out” activity for guests here for the purposes of business tourism. A place for relaxation and conviviality out in the fesh air, highly modular, the “Espace Golf” at the Hôtel Hermitage can be privatised in its entirety. It will certainly be an original backcloth, ideal for hosting the most surprising cocktail parties in an atmosphere that is not only recreational but also chic and informal.
The golf practice (intended more specifically for guests staying in the resort and for privatisation purposes) will be open throughout the year from 11 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., and benefits from an on-the-spot refreshment service. Rates are 20 euros for 1 hour’s golf pratice, with clubs and balls naturally being provided. The mini-golf is free of charge during the holidays.
